Holiday Gift Ideas--Swoodson Says Blog Tour

This pattern was adorably fun to sew. I had a fabulous time digging through my stash of scraps and deciding which fabrics would look good where. Once I had placement all settled, it was a matter of sewing the camera together. I actually enjoy doing machine applique and this camera was no exception. Applique is just so satisfying and I like the dimension it adds to a project.

What you should know about this pattern.

• all pattern pieces are included for the camera and the little pieces that need sewn on
• dimensions are given for the wrist (or neck) strap
• directions are simple, and easy to follow
• step by step photos are included

This pattern is a fairly quick project to sew. You could definitely whip up a few at the last minute for a gift if you needed to. 

This is one of my favorite details of this pattern. The photo review screen on the back. You can actually switch out the picture as often as you want. What a neat and fun way to play!
