My daughter has been enjoying her copy of the (affiliate link) Gratitude: A Prayer and Praise Coloring Journal. Part journal, part devotional, part coloring book, this journal is perfect inspiration and reminder to express gratitude to our God and creator.
The inside of the book is beautifully illustrated with line drawings and designs. Some pages have background colors printed with the drawings in black and white. These are perfect to color and just meditate on a scripture or silently pray. One side of each page spread holds a prayer of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord along with a Bible verse. The opposite page has blank lines to journal your thoughts or a personal prayer.
The cover of the book is thick and sturdy. It serves as a wonderful hard surface for writing and coloring in the inside of the pages. The cover is illustrated with warm and inviting colors. The compact size is perfect to take on the go if you wish. It's a good size to slip into a tote along with a few gel pens or markers.
This coloring journal would be an excellent encouragement gift to give to someone. Since the topic is all about gratitude, it would also be a nice hostess gift for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
